Reporting Framework
Our Journey To A Better Tomorrow
Urban Pinnacle (hereafter “UP”) is preparing this forward-looking Sustainability Report for its UP Residence project to highlight its commitments to responsible construction, enhance stakeholder trust, optimize resource efficiency, and create positive social impacts while delivering a safe and inclusive housing development.
Scope Of Report
This report reflects UP’s commitment to transparency in our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, focusing on financial & non-financial performance, opportunities, risks, and outcomes that are attributable to or associated with key stakeholders who have a significant influence on our ability to create value.
UP’s Directors and senior management have considered the ESG implications that UP is exposed to, ensuring that our financial goals and business strategies are integrated with our sustainability considerations. The scope of this report includes an in-depth analysis of the forecasted environmental, social, and governance considerations during the construction phase of the UP Residence, as well as the ongoing property management practices (if applicable) upon the project’s completion.
Basis Of Scope
The basis for defining this scope is guided by UP’s strategic vision to integrate sustainability and business growth, stakeholder expectations, regulatory obligations, and recognized Sustainability & ESG disclosure frameworks, such as IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, and SEDG, in ensuring comprehensive coverage of material financial and non-financial impacts.
Accountability & Feedback
Feedback
UP is committed to continually improving the quality of our reporting, and we highly value the input of our stakeholders in this process. Should you have any questions or feedback regarding this report, please feel free to contact us at enquiry@up.com.
